    Hi Barrie,
The Blog Carnival was/is a good experience. Those participating did weekly posts, we got to know each other more, share the content, it was great. You can’t AVOID interacting with others unless you’re a TRUE HERMIT. Appreciate the PAC shout out! Thanks!

Hi Barrie, great post about developing alliances. You are so right, it is important to build your network of fellow bloggers around you. Subscribing is one way, I personally use blog hopping a lot. I always hope for that reciprocal visit and when it comes I shower the commenter with gratitude! A bit over the top maybe, but it seems to work for me, they always come back for more and I keep on visiting them and being an active part of their blogging community too.

    Enjoy the journey!

I agree with you, no business can make differences alone, I am sharing top criteria that can help new businesses in development. The five criteria of a “strategic” alliance

-Critical to the success of a core business goal or objective.
-Critical to the development or maintenance of a core competency or other source of competitive advantage.
    -Blocks a competitive threat.
-Creates or maintains strategic choices for the firm.
-Mitigates a significant risk to the business.

It can be difficult to create proper alliances but I do believe that when it is that difficult they are simply not the right connections for you. When we find those correct partnerships the magic happens 🙂
