    Hi Barrie,

I love the quote “Abundance is not something we acquire. It is something we tune into.” It is the essence of the message of this post.

Self development is needed all the time, it never ends. I always say that “we as a business are the tool and the tool needs to be sharp” In that regard Self Development and self care is indeed one of the most important things that we need to be doing on a daily basis.

    Hi Barrie,

Great advice and also I think a fine tribute to Dr. Wayne Dyer. Maybe we could all vow to do one thing a week of our own personal development in memory of him and great benefit to ourselves and others.

    Thanks for sharing.

    Hi Barrie…
Wayne is still an inspiration even in passing. All the written work he’s left behind will be around for years to come .. I’ve been angry at people over the years and I have let it go. It’s freeing. But I would not have been able to if I didn’t have the courage to look inside and explore working through it and changing my attitude about things. Attitude something that can make or break any experience in life. So personal development really helps you to expand, and lead to a happier self and life .. great post

Yes Lesly, I agree with you. It was only last year I really got into listening to his teaching and it’s really addictive. His legacy will live on and I hope help so many people to realize more about life as it should be lived.

Great post and tribute to Dr. Dyer. Barrie.
I especially liked…” “Doing what you love is the cornerstone of having abundance in your life.” and Personal growth happens to be something that is better when you develop from the inside out. Working on yourself”
What do people get when someone squeezes you Barrie?
Wonderful things my friend. Take care.

Barrie, this is a very impressive post filled with value and true understanding of what personal development is all about. Excellent!

It was all so good, but this is my favorite: “Having the acceptance that you are destined to have what you want and believing that you can achieve is what helps you to attract the abundance you crave. The thing is, abundance belongs to us in many ways. We can have an abundance of love, abundance of doubt or anything we focus our mind on. It’s not ALL about money. When you are in a good place with an abundance of love, abundance of learning and an abundance of giving, you will start to receive things back because you will be seen by other people in a different light.”

It really shows that you not only know and understand Dr. Wayne Dyer’s teachings and philosophies, but you have learned and taken the lessons into your very being.

All I can say is, “Wow!” Sharing this…

Hi Barrie, Great post. Wayne Dyer was my first self development read with his book “Your Erroneous Zones.” I was in my early 20’s at the time and I was enthralled with it. I agree that we have to work on the inside first to bring out what we need, and doing what you love inspires the move forward.

Great post Barrie and wasn’t Wayne Dyer a wonderful man? He managed to touch so many people’s lives by speaking the truth and giving them the tools to change themselves.

Everyone wants more but they are not willing to be more. It seems that the only way to again the abundance that you seek is to look at how you can contribute more value, which means more responsibility.

Only we can choose to accept that or not! Money is not the answer but it can be an outcome!

    Great post
