One way to ensure you get better results in your business is to “sow more seeds”. When a farmer plants the crops, he knows the best place to plant them. It doesn’t matter what business you choose to do, the important thing for you is that you trust the business you are working in and believe you can do it! If you have faith and passion in your choice of business then as long as you have that belief that you can do it and be successful you are going to see results.
When working in a home based business there are initially two things that are serious enough to really hold you back:
- Fear – where you are afraid about getting out there and making things happen. However trivial this may seem it’s real to the person who is experiencing this. And….
- Belief – Where you may doubt what you do based mostly (in my experience) on other people’s reaction to what you’re doing and the way this “doubt” eats away at you.

I have recently been on a call with a top UK Network Marketer who had some real gems of knowledge and tips to share. He talked about things like building a proper business culture and the roles of managers, who generally appear to be “self serving souls” and leaders in the business. There is a fundamental difference between managers and leaders, because managers generally instruct and have big expectations to achieve goals, whereas a leader takes his team and works with them to achieve the goals set out. Basically, the leader takes the team “by the hand” and leads them to the achievement demanded by the manager. Continue reading
