Having worked in the construction industry in the past, I understand the value of alliances and business cooperation. Even though I worked as a sub-contractor to the main developing contractor as an electrician, it’s vital to coordinate and program the work together as a team. Of course, the main contractor sets out the schedule, but communication is paramount to keep everything running smoothly with a successful outcome.
If one thing goes “out of kilter” it can create real problems for the project and is generally unnecessary in my experience. It may be as crazy as one “ego” against another, which is against all the principles which I was encouraged to work in. Business cooperation and building alliances between trade company representatives who work on any project, from the smallest to the largest, is key. “Getting on” with your work mates, no matter what trade they are in, is the obvious way forward for anyone. The value to the customer also improves because of the way the job has come together and completed efficiently.

Everyone needs to have a dream. A dream that encourages them to work hard to achieve it. The problem we have is the limitations other people put on us or we put on ourselves and we won’t accept that impossible is just a word. Who has the right to say “you will never be like whoever” or that is “just a pipedream”? It’s your dream and only you have the right to go for it or to give up. The dream you have requires action, not limitations or criticism by people who don’t share your own vision. If everyone worked with limitations, there would never be a new world record, any gold medal would never be won and big business people with high influence would never exist.

To target more success you need to find long tail keywords. Long tail keywords basically keyword phrases that are made up of 3 or more words and are based around your major keyword. So what makes these easier to target? If you do your research you will see that you can get good search numbers for keyword phrases and yet the competition is not as severe. If you target a highly competitive keyword that has millions of websites competing for that keyword then you are unlikely to get your site seen, unless you are an expert or are willing to spend a lot of money.
