You’re young and you have a dream, but something puts a stop to that dream or fills you with so much doubt that you leave it alone.
It may be that you’re heading towards middle age and you have been doing something you love to do and yet are disillusioned and you give up what you’re doing even though you are really good at it. You know you should persist at it, but you are tired and have had enough!

There are countless times where a person has confidence around their peers and can easily do a presentation with the leader present. What does this prove? It basically means that the person has no belief to step up to the plate when they have proved time and time again that they have the skill and the absolute ability to do what’s necessary. I don’t understand the lack of belief when the proof that the person CAN do the task and yet they won’t take the vital step and beat the fear and lack of belief. Continue reading

When going online with my business, the biggest hurdle I found when creating content was getting the ideas. After several business ventures that have not been a true success, I have found something that I have a true passion for and something I get inspired by. One of the most important things to remember when working from home is to avoid distractions. There are so many things around us that can be distracting so to get the necessary focus on the tasks you set yourself, it’s vital you avoid these distractions.
Sometimes you can have music in the background, which is fine as long as this doesn’t take your focus away from what is important. The worst kind of distraction is Television, especially if it’s in the same room as where you are working. The temptation to have the TV on and change channels is too much of a distraction to be healthy for your work focus. Continue reading
