With all the “noise” these days all over Facebook, other social media and advertising sources online, it’s more important than ever to be different! You may know the type of thing I’m talking about – come and join my opportunity, buy my stuff because you can earn infinite amounts in xyz! How many people are doing this and getting nowhere?
I believe to be a great leader you need 4 fundamental characteristics of leadership that will put you into a great position as a leader. What floats your boat? When you’re out to find a way to be achieving success, what better than to find something you are passionate about and then work with people and a business that truly inspires you?
When going online with my business, the biggest hurdle I found when creating content was getting the ideas. After several business ventures that have not been a true success, I have found something that I have a true passion for and something I get inspired by. The people I work with inspire me, the stories inspire me and my focus on my goals inspire me. Now I don’t seem to have any problems with content.
When looking at the characteristics of a successful entrepreneur, you really need to see how persistence is an important trait in their make up. Because things tend to go wrong that will, in many cases, cause someone to give up and go back to what they were doing previously or take on a simpler route for them. The persistence and will to succeed is what makes the entrepreneur different from the crowd.
Are you someone who feels trapped and stuck in a rut? Having read a lot of Robert Koyisaki’s Rich Dad series of books recently I understand how this can be. I can also understand how the system from government down is helping to cause these feelings. What you give is what you get, give and you will receive or any other analogy of the same thing is completely relevant to where we are today. I don’t know if you’re religious or not, but with it being in the Pentecost Season in UK, it’s all about gifts and giving. The gift that God gave on this day according to all Christian belief is of the Holy Spirit. This made me think about how much online business is based around gifts and giving. It doesn’t matter what your religion, the principle of what I’m going to discuss is the same. That’s to give FREELY.
There are so many of us who have struggled at some time in our lives, some who are still struggling. Even though things may be difficult, we can make lifestyle choices that will set our mind into a better position and help us progress in life and business.
This may be something you have seen or heard before, but it’s always useful to keep it in mind:
Ask as if and go as though…………….
(Ask as if you expect to have what you want and go as though you already have it!)
This sets your mind towards more abundance and more positive thoughts, ensuring you are in a better place to work and make progress.
