One way to ensure you get better results in your business is to “sow more seeds”. When a farmer plants the crops, he knows the best place to plant them. He knows where the fertile ground is so he can reap the rewards when it comes to the harvest and yields the benefits of the action he took to find the best place to plant the seed. This is the same for a business where you need recruits to help you build your income, but the “sowing the seed” analogy is relevant for nearly ANY business.
When you take massive action, you’re more likely to achieve more results. The important thing with anything here is that you actually TAKE ACTION and not merely dream about it and sit and wait for things to happen. Having discussed the philosophy of life and ambition (attitude) then the way to achieve your ambition is to take action and make progress to better results and a better business and life.
Having discussed philosophy of life and how it drives ambition and attitude, it’s time to see how your ambition in life will drive your activity. Attitude affects our ambition, motivation and the actions we take to achieve the things we want to achieve. A negative thought process leads to little or no real ambition, or at best a negative outcome to our effort. If, however you have a positive ambition driven by a positive thought process, then it’s more likely you will take positive and massive action to achieve.
If I were to ask you what your philosophy of life is, would you believe that it would tell me so much about you when I get the answer? Your philosophy can lead to so much grief, happiness, strife or greatness depending on how you see yourself and how you fit into the big scheme of things and is vital for your well being. Your philosophy has an impact on your life direction, motivation, ambition and so much more and is subject to outside influences too.
There are countless times where a person has confidence around their peers and can easily do a presentation with the leader present. What does this prove? It basically means that the person has no belief to step up to the plate when they have proved time and time again that they have the skill and the absolute ability to do what’s necessary. I don’t understand the lack of belief when the proof that the person CAN do the task and yet they won’t take the vital step and beat the fear and lack of belief.
Whatever I do, I always spend a little time on my own personal development on a daily basis. I believe that this is something that helps to improve focus and commitment to myself and my business. With this comes my commitment to YOU, because, as I’ve said before, without you I am nothing! Improving your focus is something that you can do with repetition of your tasks and being consistent with this.
Do you run with the hype, whether it’s positive or negative? The decisions you make should really be based on the benefits of a business instead of the opinions of others. Of course, the necessity of researching your potential business is vital, but don’t dismiss things because someone SAYS it’s bad. Perhaps their experience was a bad one, but what were the circumstances? They may be in a vast MINORITY and have this unfortunate experience that needs to be mentioned perhaps, but to dismiss the business because of the minority? There is usually a common denominator with expectations in most cases and the person hasn’t done the WORK they have to do. Still…
